THREE Entire Seconds of FAME

Last night while on Twitter, one of our local weather guys tweeted about needing pictures for the newscast. You see, it was snowing. Snowing in Fort Worth. Fort Worth, TEXAS. At the end of March. This just doesn't happen.

Of course, I sent him a picture and then he emailed me back to ask where I took the picture. Sooooo I knew he just might use my picture - squeeeeee. We set all the DVR's since we were in the middle of Family Movie Night and watching Astro Boy but actually I was reading blogs and twitter on my laptop. I also texted friends and family that I knew were home. I didn't want anyone to miss my weather debut.

A little after 10pm, I run to the back TV and SSQQUUEEEEEEE... 3, yes THREE ENTIRE SECONDS my picture and my name are plastered on WFAA Channel 8 news.

Yeah, yeah it's the small things people.
